2007 Annual Meeting-The Spirit of Entrepreneurship

SAFEHOME Needs Your Help!
Each year SAFEHOME provides a Holiday Store for its clients. SAFEHOME collects new holiday gift items from generous individuals and businesses from the local area.
Clients of SAFEHOME are able to shop for free for their loved ones in a donated retail storefront located in central Johnson County. This is a very important program because it allows domestic violence survivors the opportunity to choose gifts for their family members when they might not have the means to do so otherwise.
Donations will be accepted starting November 30th through December 18th. To make a donation and receive information about the drop-off location, please call the administrative office at 913-378-1512 and speak with Michele. To download a Wish List please visit http://www.safehome-ks.org/.
'Leawood Copsicles' to Participate in Polar Bear Plunge
On February 2, 2008, seventeen Leawood Police Officers, known as the 'Leawood Copsicles,' will participate in the Kansas City Metro Polar Bear Plunge. This chilling event raises money to support Special Olympics- Kansas. Any donations are greatly appreciated!
Special Olympics- Kansas annually serves over 5,799 children and adults with intellectual disabilities through a grass-roots network of volunteers who serve as coaches and organize local events in one or more of the 21 different sports offered throughout the year. SOKS does not receive governmental funding and is not a United Way agency, but relies solely on the generosity of individuals and corporate donors.

Entrée Vous Grand Opening!
Entrée Vous is pleased to announce its kitchen is now open in the Ranch Mart Shopping Center at Mission Road and 95th Street in Leawood.
Entrée Vous will host an Open House on Saturday, November 17th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Guests will be able to sample our delicious entrees and anyone registering as a guest in our kitchen will receive a free mixed berry crumble dessert (no purchase necessary). In addition, there will be a buy one get one free promotion (limit one free entrée per person) for our Open House guests.
At Entrée Vous, guests assemble great tasting entrees in our kitchen using recipes developed by a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef.
