As an entrepreneur, you are faced with many issues in running your business with two of the most important being limited time and limited funds.

At the same time, you know it is critical to protect your company’s intellectual property (IP), but how do you go about doing this anyway? And, in doing so, how do you also deal with rapidly changing marketplaces and technologies? In addition, you would like to know the best way to protect your IP – should you pursue patents, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, confidentiality and/or non-disclosure agreements? What protective rights does each offer you?

This workshop will be presented by Gerald M. Kraai, an experienced intellectual property lawyer with Lathrop & Gage.
