Chamber Ambassador Committee Proves Rewarding

PC Partners, Inc has been a Leawood Chamber member since 2004.  Co-founder and partner Ed O'Connor has been a Leawood Chamber Ambassador for almost as long.

Ed had been a diplomat for the Overland Park Chamber for years and was looking for another way to contribute to the Leawood Chamber.  According to Ed, "The Chamber has been good to me business-wise and therefore I wanted to give back to them."  Ed has also found that what you give always pays off.

About six months ago, while fulfilling an Ambassador task, Jim was delivering a candy dish at Regal Awards and Advertising Specialties.  Ed left his business card, and was contacted by the company about two months ago.  Ed ended up installing some equipment and received two referrals in the process.

This simple act of networking and being an Ambassador created four new clients for Ed, which he may not have ever had otherwise.  Contact Ed O'Connor with PC Partners, Inc at 913.498.3999 or eoconnor@pcpartners.net.

For more information about becoming a Chamber Ambassador contact Linda Murray, Director of Membership, at 913.498.1514.
