This workshop is designed to get you up to speed on everything you need to know about getting started with Twitter and how you can effectively utilize it in your business. You'll learn about companies, like Dell, who have generated millions of dollars in revenue just by 'tweeting'. You'll learn about the tools you need to manage your Twitter identity and build your online reputation. You will also learn about the best (and the worst) ways to seek out new customers to help drive traffic and sales.

This workshop is designed to help your business navigate the volatile world of compliance. As a business owner you are faced with an endless list of responsibilities, one of which is adhering to changing local, state and federal regulations.
Multiple changes, affecting your business were passed on February 10, 2009, with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. This act requires employers to provide a premium subsidy for COBRA to qualified employees, update withholding tax tables and various other changes.
Don't let your business be put at risk by not keeping up on compliance. This session will provide you with an understanding of the recent regulation changes and offer solutions to take action before deadlines pass and the fines are assessed. The solutions will allow you to stay focused on your competitive advantage and have the peace of mind you are in compliance.
This workshop will be presented by the Astra Group, a Johnson County human resource firm specializing in outsourced business solutions.
