'A Taste of Leawood,' one of the area's premier events, is now entering its eleventh year! Enjoy a casual evening of music, spirits and culinary splendor from the area's finest establishments under the stars in the Leawood City Hall Courtyard.
The Leawood Chamber is pleased to announce that a new band, Souled Out, will be performing at this year's event. Patrons will enjoy tantalizing cuisine from new area restaurants along with area favorites, all at one location!

Senior Health & Fitness Fair
Tallgrass Creek retirement community in Overland Park is holding a free, open-to-the-public health and fitness fair for seniors Wednesday, May 28th, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. The fair is being held in conjunction with the 15th annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day.
The fair will feature blood pressure screenings, heel bone density scans, cooking demonstrations, physician presentations, a golf putting contest, Nintendo Wii videogames, mini massages, and more.
The health fair will be held in the Audubon Clubhouse at Tallgrass Creek, which is located at 138th and Metcalf Avenue in Overland Park.
