Membership Luncheon - Customer WinFluence®

Jul. 20, 2010, 11:30 at Ritz Charles Overland Park, 9000 W. 137th Street, Overland Park, Special Events 66221
Cost: $22 members, $32 non members

University of Kansas Professor, Dr. Dennis Rosen, will be presenting Customer WinFluence® -- how to make small changes in interaction with customers to improve perception of service and affect the bottom line. With a Ph.D. in psychology and over 20 years of both academic and industry experience, Dr. Rosen has the background to improve customer service and sales.

Understanding what is happening in your customer’s mind can be the key to improving your sales, customer service and your bottom-line results. Changing your thinking is also important. For example, are sales and service opposites or do they work together? Is it better for your business to view customer service as a goal or as a system? And how can one really meet the needs of customers to increase sales? Dr. Dennis Rosen will answer these questions and many more to improve your sales and customer service.

For more information on Dr. Rosen, visit his web site at http://www.winfluencesolutions.com.
