Is the debit card a practical choice for your flexible benefit plan? With the take care® debit card, participants don’t have to pay for qualified expenses out of their personal funds and then wait for reimbursement. This debit card option has been available since 2003; however, beginning January 1, 2008, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will enforce specific parameters for the debit card.
This Power Lunch seminar will focus on the new 2008 IRS guidelines as well as address employer questions to assist in determining if the debit card will benefit your Flex Plan.
Please RSVP to Stephanie Leith.
