Stunning new fashions, trendy styles and a few surprises are headed down the runway this month, but you don’t have to go to New York or Paris to see them. The lights, music and fast-paced action can be found at the fourth annual Beauty Queen for a Day Fashion Show held at the Overland Park Convention Center on Sunday, August 27 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.

The show will be divided into four segments. The first two segments feature neutral and cool colors. The last two segments feature warm colors and a wedding scene, as well as last year’s wildly popular “boxer boys.”
Money raised at the fashion show goes toward Mirabile’s own charity, Beauty Queen for a Day, which she launched at ... (go to www.leawoodchamber.org for more information)
