Special Event Sponsorships

Sponsoring a special event offers a variety of levels of publicity for your organization and provides a visible sign of your support for business in the community. Special events include: State of the City Address (January), A Taste of Leawood (June), Annual Meeting (December).

After Hours, Morning Mingling, or Super-charged Networking Event Sponsorships

This is a fantastic exposure and opportunity for your business. The sponsorship fee is only $175 for an After Hours event and $150 for a Morning Mingling event - typically hosted on-site at your location. The Super-charged Networking event sponsorship fee is $75 and the Chamber selects the location.  The Chamber spends time promoting the event, taking the reservations and provides an attendee lisf for the sponsor after the event. Don’t have a location that can hold 75+? Team up with a member that does!

  • Listing in Calendar of Events distributed at Chamber General Membership meeting, After Hours and Morning Minglings, Super-Charged Networking sessions
  • You have the flexibility of choosing the type and quantity of food and beverage to provide for attendees. This gives your organization maximum control in enticing attendees to your hosted event.

  • Chamber Web Site Exposure in Calendar of Events
  • Exposure in event fax/emails sent out to over 900 individuals
  • Complete printed list of all attendees that can be used for subsequent follow-up calls

Member Orientation Sponsorship

Quarterly event hosted by the Leawood Chamber - $100, or $75 if you provide the food. Chamber takes reservations for the event and prepares name badges for attendees.

  • Exclusive right to distribute information about your business to attendees
  • 5 minutes to tell a focused group of new members and new member representatives (usually 20) about your business
  • Your name as the host on all invitations that go out to new members and new representatives from over 30 member businesses
  • Your name as the host in the weekly Member Memo, on the online calendar of events
  • Display information about your organization while attendees network prior to the event
  • Complete printed list of all attendees that can be used for subsequent follow-up calls

Web Site Sponsorship

Our newly redesigned Web site provides numerous opportunities for increased exposure by continually encouraging visits to the Web site through the Member Memo, our weekly e-mail newsletter.

Chamber Calendar or Community Calendar Sponsorship - $200 per quarter

  • Exclusive sponsorship of the Community Calendar
  • Sidebar ad with logo, tagline and brief ad copy* on the Calendar of Events page
  • 15% discount for annual sponsorship
