Special Event Sponsorships
Sponsoring a special event offers a variety of levels of publicity for your organization and provides a visible sign of your support for business in the community. Special events include: State of the City Address (January), A Taste of Leawood (June), Annual Meeting (December).
After Hours or Morning Mingling Event Sponsorships
These events are a fantastic opportunity for your business to get recognized. The sponsorship fee is only $200 for an After Hours event and $175 for a Morning Mingling event - typically hosted on-site at your location. The Chamber spends time promoting the event, taking the reservations and provides an attendee list for the sponsor after the event. Don’t have a location that can hold 75+? Team up with a member that does!

- Recognition as an upcoming event host at Chamber General Membership meeting, After Hours and Morning Minglings.
- You have the flexibility of choosing the type and quantity of food and beverage to provide for attendees. This gives your organization maximum control in enticing attendees to your hosted event.

- Chamber Web Site Exposure in Calendar of Events that also gets listed in the weekly E-newsletter.
- Exposure in event emails sent out to over 1,500 individuals.

Member Briefing Sponsorship
Quarterly event hosted by the Leawood Chamber - $100, or $75 if you provide the food. Chamber takes reservations for the event and prepares name badges for attendees.

- 5 minutes to tell a focused group of new members and new member representatives (usually 25) about your business.
- Your name as the host on all invitations that go out to new members and new representatives.
- Your name as the host in the weekly Member Memo, on the online calendar of events.

- Complete printed list of all attendees that can be used for subsequent follow-up calls.
Education Session Sponsorship
Six Education Sessions each year- $100, or $75 if you provide the food. Chamber takes reservations for the event and prepares name badges for attendees.

Our newly redesigned Web site provides numerous opportunities for increased exposure by continually encouraging visits to the Web site through the Member Memo, our weekly e-mail newsletter.
