A representative from the Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division will review what employers' obligations are under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Topics will include:

Minimum wage – Who is covered under the law?
Overtime – When is overtime due? Who is exempt and who is non-exempt?
Child labor – What is the minimum legal age to work? Which hours and occupations are minors allowed to work?
Recordkeeping – What records are required to be kept by employers?
