Blue Fin - Modern Asian Fusion

~A colorful blend of traditional, yet modern dishes from Thai, Vietnamese, Korea, and Chinese cuisines.

Jason Pi, chef and owner, grew up in a family owned restaurant in Korea. His love for cooking began at a young age. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of Republic of China he traveled around Asia learning the many cooking styles. Now opening Blue Fin in Leawood, Kansas, Jason has fused the different Asian cultures to create a unique menu.

Blue Fin's goal is to have a relaxing atmosphere with authentic Asian Food that is healthy and fresh. Every dish that Jason creates is made to order from scratch daily, using only the highest quality ingredients.

Healthy, flavorful, and fresh are just a few adjectives used to describe this new, hip Asian fusion.
